Hi about this error on the Lync Attendant displayed after logging in.
An error is prompted with this message “Attendant cannot connect to Outlook". Until the connection is established, various features such as conversation history and voice mail notification will be unavailable. Please verify that you signed in using the same account that Outlook is using.”
Ok here's the thing. In our environment all our Outlook clients are on Citrix. Our regular Lync clients are working without errors and can reach Exchange through what I assume is EWS.
So I guess this should be working for the Attendant Client software also. So why isn't it working?
