The organisation recently upgraded from Lync Server 2010 to Lync Server 2013. Exchange is still on 2010. Lync clients are a mix of 2010 and 2013.
Users A and B were both using the Lync 2010 client. User A had been delegated permission to schedule online meetings (among other permissions) in user B's calendar. All functioning well under the Lync 2010 client, including after the server upgrade.
I upgraded user A to the Lync 2013 client, and this apparently broke the delegated permissions to schedule Lync meetings in B's calendar. She can still schedule other events in B's calendar - only Lync online meetings are affected.
User B is unavailable at the moment, so he can't simply log in to Lync and reset the permissions (assuming that this would work). I have been using the SEFAUtil tool from the Lync Server 2013 Resource Kit in an effort to reset the permissions on the server, but while SEFAUtil displays the changes on the server, they do not seem to have any effect on the client, including after restarting the client.
Any suggestions? Has anyone else encountered this problem while upgrading clients from 2010 to 2013?
(I'm new to Lync, so let me know if I'm missing what should be obvious. Please also let me know if there's a more suitable forum for this question - it doesn't quite fit here, but all the other options I was offered were even more awkward.)
Thanks in advance
