Hi Everyone,
I'm having an issue with one user in my company (My boss) and the conversation history is not being saved to outlook. All options in Lync is enabled and the conversation history folder is created in outlook, but nothing appears. What am I missing? If he starts a new conversation with someone, you can see the log in Lync Conversation tab. Once he closes that IM box, the log disappears. It used to work with OCS 2007 R2, and after the migration to Lync it stopped working.
