Lync Policy

Hi Everyone,

I have two issues that needs to be fixed with my Lync. 

1. Is it possible to restrict user so that they can not make any changes to the client installed on their PC's/Laptops. E.g. Users to be unable to remove check from save conversation etc. 

2. I have over 4000 Clients using Lync, and i was wondering if increasing the max limit for concurrent TCP connection would help anyhow. ?
