EWS Not deployed for two users only

Hi,

I have a strange issue which drives me crazy...

I have several hundreds users enabled in Lync and everyone works fine except for two users.

Thoose two users get "EWS not deployed" and the exclamation mark under missed conversation in the client. The facts and what i have done:

1. The users have the same issue outside and inside the network.

2. They are on the same network as all other users

3. If they logon to lync on another users workstation they bring the problem

4. If another user logs on to lync on one of the failing users workstation it all works, both when using the same windows profile and not.

5. I have removed one of them from lync, and reenabled them - still same issue

6. I have compared all AD-attributes from one failing user with a working user and everything is the same (except for names, addresses and such).

7. Everything is correcly configured in Exchange - otherwise more users should be affected

8. I have moved the mailbox from one database to another - same issue

9. Logfiles in the client makes no sense. No errors specific to this.

10. I have completely reinstalled their Lync clients. Including cleaning up registry.

I'm completely out of ideas. My next suggestion is to tell them to leave the company :)

Anyone who have an idea?
