Add Custom Commands to Lync Menus (ContactCardMenu not working)

Hi!

I need to add a menu item for Lync 2013 client. So I found this to accomplish it: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/lync/hh378573%28v=office.15%29

So far so good, but when I try to use the option of ContactCardMenu (custom command in the contact card Options menu) does not work. It doesn't show any option in contact Card.

Does anyone know why it this happening?
