I have a user who cannot share individual monitors. She can only share "All Monitors" through Lync. She currently has two external monitors setup (DVI and VGA connections).
I have changed the cables, used display port and DVI, display port and VGA, VGA and DVI etc and still no change.
Reinstalled Lync and still no change.
Deleted everything related to Lync files (local and roaming app data, tracing folder, crypto folder, etc and reinstalled). Still no change.
I recreated her profile and it worked for about 2 hours and then went back to the old way.
I completely re-imaged her system and again worked for a little bit and then became corrupt again.
She is running version 4.0.7577.4398.
I have checked the other posts and tried the suggested fixes and no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
