i have Lync 2010 that was working properly on Windows XP; nowadays i have installed Windows 7 Enterprise and i cannot manage anymore the audio devices in Lync. I have just a "Custom device" and everytime i need to switch between headphones and laptop speakers and phone i need to change manually the parameters in there.
Some suggestions on how to reset the audio devices in Lync?
In Windows 7 Enterprise works all fine, both devices are automatically switching as soon as i plug/unplug the headphones.
