We've had Lync 2010 for nearly eight months now, and our team are finally getting to grips with it. One thing we would like to work out if it is possible is the following:
For training purposes we would like to have a second person listen in on a call, they don't need to contribute, and they would be sitting right next to the person who is training them. At the moment we are using the group call feature, however that only works when the member of staff has been set up on the network and has been given their IT equipment. We need an option for new members of staff who haven't got their kit yet so they can start training on what the team does. Is there a way to listen into a call via headphones on the same device as the call is being made through?
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
