Lync 2010 & IP Phones An Account matchines this phone number cannot be found.

Hi together,

we're currently want to start to create a testing enviroment for Lync Enterprise Voice with Polycom CX500 phones and got problems with login on the phones.

When we try to login with one of the telephones we get the error message "An account matching this phone number cannot be found. Please contact your support team."

I think the necessary configurations are correct, I tested with the Test-CsPhoneBootstrap cmdlet and this was successfull. Also I checked the network traffic on the lync server and I think the communication looks good...

Several things I tried:

- Tried different users with enabled enterprise voice, different pins and numbers (with and without extension)
- Tried 2 CX500 phones
- Test-CsPhoneBootstrap -PhoneOrExt -Pin -Verbose (Successfull)
- Checked if the certificate is right (Just SAN, no Wildcard)
- Sniffed Network Traffic..

Our Enviroment:

- Lync 2010 Standard Edition
- Instant Messanging/Audio+Video/Application Sharing works fine for over 1500 users
- Linux DHCP (I think this works also fine)
- Polycom CX500 with firmware 4.07544.4100

How could I go on with this problem? Any suggestions or any simular problem? Also searched the internet for the message and this board, but the most cases with this message are different or caused by dhcp problems...
