I need some help. We have Jabra headset with LINK 280. One of our problems occurs when Lync prompts incoming call for a sec (you don't have time to answer) and then it goes away but it is still ringing to person who is calling. After reinstalling all the problem seems to disappear. However, Jabra's firmware are all up-to-date and all problems occur to identical set of computers (should be all the same components, same driver versions etc.). How is this possible, does anyone have some ideas?
