Lync 2010 - Sort by Availability questions

Hello,

We currently have 64-bit Lync 2010 v4.0.7577.4419 installed on our workstations. We recently moved to O365 environment.

How should Sort by Availability really look like? Below is an example from one of my contact groups sorted by availability with the color reference.

Red - Dea - In a meeting
Green- Eris - Available
Green - Fran - Available
Red - George - In a meeting
Green - Kathy - Available
Yellow - Mike - Out of Office
Tellow - Terry - Away
Grey - Alan - Offline

I am confused since I thought Sort by Availability will sort by color reference too. It tooks like from the above example that Sort by Availability does not differ Red from Green. Is this how Lync 2010 sorting by availability?
