My company is building a helpdesk application which lets the users to create a predefined chat room names and assign another person to it. So that they both can exchange texts. Once the ticket is resolved the chat room is closed / disabled. Now as part of the requirement that we need to view the chat history of every chat rooms created for later quality / documentation purpose. Is there a query to check the DB (the lync server is an on-premises which has the local SQL server)? If so which DB and table should I need to query on?
