I am trying to assist an employee at our China location in setting up two polycom cx3000 phones. I created the AD the account and made the appropriate changes on the network for these two phones to work. When the phones boot up. He get's to the point where after entering the extension or phone number and then the pin, a screen the appears asking to enter the user name and password. This screen also shows a site field filled in with a server name that sits onsite in China. I am not sure why they are getting this screen with that information. I sent instructions to reset the phone in hopes of starting over but that same screen keeps appearing. Any idea's?
