We have Polycom_CX600_Rev-5 phone with latest version (4.0.7577.4451)

Also we have some normalization rules that removes +2 from numbers starts with +2, this normalization rule working fine with Lync client but it doesn't work with the Polycom device CX600.
When i call this number from Polycom dial pad, the normalization rule applied successfully and the number appears without +2 and the call established successfully.
But when i call this number by accessing my contacts then choosing this number , normalization rule is not applied and the number appears in this format +2XXXXXXXXXXX and the call ended.
Please can anyone has a solution for this issue?
