Hello,
I've seen this issue mentioned in other posts but none of the suggested solutions have worked.
There are a couple of computers in my organization, all running Outlook 2013 and Lync 2010. When you go into Outlook, New Appointment, Online Meeting, the following error message pops up:
Create online meeting failed. Please make sure Lync is running and signed-in and try again.
I've seen in other threads the mention that the user must not have a Mandatory Profile in AD, which I've verified they all have not. I've made sure that that Lync is opened, signed in, and that the Lync 2010 add-in is running in Outlook. I've tried reinstalling both Lync and Office, yet the same issue occurs.
I want to note that this issue does not occur for anybody running Office 2010 and Lync 2010, it only occurs after we upgrade users to Office 2013.
Any ideas?
