I have added my mobile number to my Lync client with the intention of having calls forwarded to it when I am waiting for an important call.
I've turned on Call Fowarding, selecting which number to forward the call to, but when I call my extension (which is also a DDI) my call is forwarded to my voicemail rather than the number set within the Lync client.
Is there anything else I need to do or should this be working?
