Hi, we have a regular password change policy in AD. So when user's system account comes to a term they get a prompt that they need to change the password and then if its not done during say the next x number of days the system account will get locked.
Problem is that as soon as that account policy kicks in Lync 2010 client will throw a login prompt and it would do that on regular basis until AD password is changed. So user would still be able to log in into their PC and work with Lync but Lync would throw out that login prompt until user will change their AD password.
Does anyone know how can we disable Lync from being affected by this system account password expiration policy?
