Outgoing phone# not populating when creating a Lync meeting

When I create a meeting in Outlook and click Lync meeting, a hyperlink is added for Lync but no phone number is included for users who wish to call in. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling office 2013 and also ran all the updates. This is on Windows 8.1. A few other people in my group have windows 8.1 with office 2013 but do not have this issue.
