Do you know any way to show our phone number using lync?

Hi Team,

In our company we use lync to call in and out of our company, but when we call a mobile phone number our call appears like anonimus caller and this is a problem for us because the respondent does not answare our calls and also is not able to recall us.

Do you know any way to show our phone number using lync?
