Strange issue with Lync client 2010 , error message "the username or password incorrect":
Troubleshooting done till now:-
-tested user on another machine not working .
tested by another account on the affected user machine and worked fine but not sure as it was informed by Service Desk.
-UCCT logs disabled on the client machine and can't enable it ."customer requirements"
-Reset user password,
-disable and re-enable it again.
-changed the SIP Address.
-delete the profile and clear all register entries and almost everything from client side "on client machine side"
from server side found the user wasn't added to lync group..now added.
also on SQL DB.there was duplicate entry for the user , deleted the old entry.
kindly note that troubleshooting doen from server side and there's no access on affected user machine , only asking or guiding the SD.
Platform is :-
Lync server 2013 running on server08 R2 , 3 FEs servers
backend , 2 SQL Mirrored boxes .
lync client 2010 on windows 7
