Hi,
I've users who are using LYNC on MAC 2011 and calls are not connecting when the users are not in the same LAN. We have installed LYNC on MAC 14.0.2 and updated to14.0.5 (130524) on our MAC OS X 10.8.4. MAS OS is also updated with latest patches.
Our LYNC server is hosted in external location and we use CISCO IPsec client to connect to LYNC.
When we try to generate a LYNC call to an external user it fails to connect but calls connect fine within internal network even with MAC.
Steps to generate a call is same like 1st we connect to the Cisco VPN then login to the LYNC client and generate a call. LYNC on MAC is also logs in and IM is workin. ONLY calls/desktop sharing are failing and it happens only to external users. Even MAC is working fine inside the LAN.
Also I've uninstalled LYNC on MAC 2011 to check the installation had issues. But reinstallation didn not help to resolve the issue.
We are currently working live with external LYNC clients on Window PCs, Android and IPhones. Calls/Desktop Sharing connect fine on them. Please help me on this to resolve the issue because we have considerable amount of MAC users who expect to use LYNC on MAC.
Thanks in Advance.
