Hi all!
I am having a login issue with a Polycom Tanjay CX700 phone. I have a Lync Server 2010 environment.
The phone was not used for a long time it had an older 3.5.6907.222 firmware, and it could not connect to the FE server only running infinite loops downloading the certificate etc., so I struggled hard to get the newest 4.0.7577.4387 firmware update on it, thanks to Jeff’s following article I could do it with the interim FW update method:

I did the FW update outside the organization’s network connecting the phone through the Lync Edge server, I assume the method would work also from inside.
Now the thing is that the phone is able to login from outside without any issue, but still not able to login from the inside it just goes back to the login screen by stating that it cannot sign in and I should check the login credentials. The Edge Server and Reverse Proxy have certificates from commercial trusted public CA, however my FE has certificate generated by our internal Windows 2012 Server CA.
Can this be the cause of issue? I turned on logging at Lync Server Control Panel Clients menu in Device Configuration settings to level medium, however I don’t know where to find these logs to inspect with snooper, I only have the regular update logs at:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Lync Server 2010\Share\1-WebServices-1\DeviceUpdateLogs"
Please point me how to proceed from this point.
Many thanks!
Tamas
