Issue:
Lync client updates contact info for users with other CS user status updates in the *Notes* field. Problem is, that is such a gibberish of data, that it`s utterly useless and generates negative feedback from our mobile users, for whom these dozens of lines of text really extends the contact card.
I have read threads regarding Outlook->Lync Contact update solutions, but this is the other way around and about disabling the Personal Infor Manager - which is a no go, since Outlook has to update the presence.
Kindly assist, on how to control the content, if not disable.
Client OS: Win7 SP1 x64
CS Client: Lync 2010 x64 v7577.4098
Mail client: M$ Outlook 2010 x64
Mail service: M$ Exchange 2010 SP2
