We have been forced to disable Instant Messaging for the clients in our Lync 2010 environment.
Now some users receive the generic "An error occurred" error when trying to use the Meet Now function.
Details of the error show error ID 19 (source ID 241)
During troubleshooting I have found that the error goes away, at least for me, when IM is re-enabled for the user.
Any idea what may be causing this error?
