We have a user who's Lync 2013 Pro Plus spawns hundreds of threads upon startup. They build slowly - it starts at about 30 at the beginning but builds to over 500 before becoming unstable. I cannot figure out what's wrong. I have uninstalled and reinstalled just Lync and all of Office to no avail. The user is using a Volume License copy of Windows 8.1. Please let me know if anyone can help here.
