user with an Lync account is unable to clear the what happening field. an old OOO reply in there.
his outlook shows his OOO is off. and what even stranger is that is Outlook account is an linked Mailbox, so his LYNC account is not tied to his Outlook account.
his ad/outlook account is &username - disabled.
his lync account is just username- totally separate from his ad account.
tried on two different pc and same issue.
