I am using Lync 2013 Server with Lync 2010 Clients. The Exchange UM is 2010. For all internal Calls the missed call notification is a bit inconsistent.. For some users I will only see the email address and for some users I see the name, email and phone number. The client wants the latter, where in a user can see the name and number and email address of the person whose call he missed..
The users are all synched from their respective ADs to the resource forest AD. There is no difference on a working user and a non working user attributes. Everything is same. Its happening randomly for a lot of users.
Any help or guidance will be much appreciated.
