Lync Client only searching name for some users

Well, I don't see a forum for the 2013 client so hopefully this is in the right place...

Anyway, we have users who are typing into the Search box of Lync and getting different results.  For some people it search the person's name only.  For other it searches the name and job title and other info.

So if Person 1 types in "accounting" he only sees a group mailbox we have setup called Company Accounting.

If Person 2 types in "accounting" he sees the group mailbox and everyone with the work accounting in their job title or description.

Is this a setting on the local client somewhere?  Could one user be set differently than the other on the back end somewhere?  I'm not sure what controls this.

Any help would be great.
