I have a telecommuter that has corporate Lync 2010 and I believe tried to or installed the Lync web app and then uninstall. I remoted in and I do not see the lync web app in programs and features. when he tries to join a web meeting he gets the error like
user\appdata\local\Microsoft\forgot the name\ver\ appshappi.dll do not have permissions ........something. does the dll need to be registered, should I try and reinstall the lync web app. should I go to regedit and del all references to appshappi
