Close Lync when click Close button

Hello,

I´ll install the Lync 2010 on XenApp.

And on the XenApp, when I click to close Lync 2010, the program minimize and not close.

My question is: How do when i click on Close Button, the Lync 2010 close immediately?

I checked in Regedit and i not found any changes to do.
